Billionaire businessman Donald Trump has all but clinched the Republican presidential nomination. On Tuesday, his landslide victory in the Indiana primary forced Texas Senator Ted Cruz out of the race, and while Ohio Governor John Kasich is still technically in, he has no way of challenging Trump at the GOP's Cleveland convention this summer.

To date, no attack has been able to stop Trump's momentum, but not for lack of trying: According to Kantar Media, an ad tracking firm, anti-Trump groups have spent $67 million on 53,000 ads aimed at derailing his candidacy.

Update 05/04/16:POLITICO reports that Ohio Governor John Kasich will announce that he is dropping out of the Republican presidential race on Wednesday. More here.
